For reservations made directly with the hotel, whether on the website, by email, or by phone, a 40% deposit will be required.        The reservation officially takes effect from 4:00 PM on the day of the guest's arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

       Concerned To provide the best possible service, if the room is ready, regardless of the guest's arrival time, the hotel will do its utmost to hand over the keys upon arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are granted only by hotel management if and only if availability and other organizational criteria permit, and at the sole discretion of management. Access to rooms is available until 8:00 PM. Beyond that, the client must have contacted the hotel to arrange a possible self-check-in, at the discretion of management. 6. RECEPTION The reception is open from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. At night, guests are provided with an emergency telephone number, the only number accessible for any difficulty. The hotel's other phone numbers are on voicemail. 7 PROHIBITIONS The hotel reminds guests that smoking and vaping are prohibited in all public areas since January 2, 2008. The hotel is entirely smoke-free, including the corridors. Smoking areas are designated outdoors and equipped with ashtrays. In the event of damage resulting from a failure to comply with this rule (odor, inability to re-let the room due to tobacco odor, alarm activation, etc.), the costs will be borne by the guest. It is strictly forbidden to cook or prepare food in the rooms or in the common areas of the establishment. As of September 1, 2025, animals will be prohibited in the establishment. Any guest arriving with an animal of any kind will be refused entry. Access to the rooms and the reservation will not be refunded. 8. CLEANING A quick cleaning of the rooms is carried out daily between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Guests should refer to the instructions posted in the room regarding the changing of towels. 11 BREAKFAST

      Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. It is priced at a flat rate of €12 for adults and €6 for children up to 10 years old and must be ordered the day before by 8 pm. Breakfast is exclusively sweet, with fresh bread and pastries. 12 LOST OR THEFT The establishment cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen during the guest's stay. 13 PARKING

       The hotel has a few parking spaces exclusively reserved for guests with disabilities.

       Reservations are always made without a parking space.

      The rule is that no vehicle may access the hotel's inner courtyard without prior authorization from management, who will not be required to justify their allocation decision to guests.

14 FORCE MAJOR DECISION

      The hotel shall not be held liable for damages caused by a delay or failure due to force majeure or an event beyond its control, such as, but not limited to: acts of public authorities, hostilities, war, natural disasters, lockdown measures, fire, flood, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, power or gas outages, heating system failures… 

      In the event that the hotel's performance of its obligations under this agreement is hindered by such force majeure or a similar event, the hotel shall immediately notify the client, who shall not be entitled to any compensation. compensation for this reason.
